Dade County mourns the loss of a beloved educator, leader, mentor, colleague, and friend...Coach Cal Riddle.
Coach Riddle devoted his life to the education of the students of Dade County serving two years as a middle school mathematics teacher, six years as a high school science teacher, and four years as an assistant high school principal before accepting the position as Dade County High School's principal in 2004.
On Saturday, December 30th, Coach Riddle lost his battle with cancer. His passing is a loss to all those who came to know him in his many years in Dade County. Coach Riddle will truly be missed by all.
