Dade County earned their second victory of the season over the Sonoraville High School Phoenix during Friday night's Homecoming game.
The last three minutes of the game were probably some of the most exciting moments in Wolverine football so far this season.
After falling behind 9-0 in the first half off a Phoenix touchdown and field goal, Dade County scored to bring the score to 9-6. Then late in the fourth quarter Dade County mounted a final drive to the end zone.
On 4th and Goal with only 28 seconds left in the game, the Wolverines tossed what would be the game-winning touchdown pass. With the extra point, Dade moved ahead 13-6.
Back on offense, Sonoraville attempted three pass plays which all fell incomplete. With time expiring the Wolverines brought home a victory for their Homecoming celebration.
UPDATE - The band received ratings of Excellent at the 31st annual Smoky Mountain Invitational at South Doyle High School in Knoxville, Tennessee on Saturday.

2007 Homecoming
Kali Flatt was crowned 2007 Homecoming Queen for Dade County High School during halftime of the Homecoming Game vs. Sonoraville on Friday night.
Earlier in the day during the school's Homecoming pep rally, Johnny Skyles was crowned 2007 Homecoming King for Dade County High School.
