Discussions about dual enrollment and articulated courses at NWTC (Northwestern Technical College) and other schools have been held here. It has been recommended that we increase the number which we offer. Terry (Adkins) has been quietly doing this for several years and sending really good students to NWTC who get to skip as many as three or four courses. Then he "forgets" to toot his own horn of accomplishment. So I'm going to do it for him.
This year, Nick Wilson and Tiffany Creech have either been in the program this fall or will be during the next term. Tiffany has been granted credit for the four drafting classes which she took at DCHS and the teacher sends word that Nick Wilson is a pleasure to have in class.
