Dade County High School TSA Earns Trip to Nationals
The Dade County High School Technology Student Association did a great job representing Dade County at the TSA State Conference this year. Out of the approximately 95 high schools competing in various engineering and technology events, DCHS placed in the following events:
- 1st and 2nd in Flight Endurance - Will Dowdy & Eric Gaines
- 5th in Video Game Development - Aaron McGill
- 6th in Film Technology - Cliff Reasor, Marcus Hartline & Matt Richeson
- 9th in Systems Control Technology - Amos Love & Joey Nunez
- 12th in Dragster Design - Hunter Wildman
- 12th in Promotional Graphics - Wes Bolton
As 1st and 2nd place winners, Will Dowdy and Eric Gaines will participate in the TSA Nationals' Flight Endurance Competition to be held June 24-29 in Nashville, Tennessee.
