The Five Year Strategic Plan was developed through a collaborative effort of Dade County School System Stakeholders. The purpose of a strategic plan is to determine requirements and expectations of stakeholders and then prioritize the requirements and expectations to meet the needs of the process began by establishing a planning team, timeline, and developmental method for implementation.
