• 1991-2020: Kindergarten teacher, Davis Elementary School
• 15 years as yearbook editor & creator, Davis Elementary School
• 2 years JV cheer coach, Ider High School
• 10 years pee wee cheer coach, Ider, AL
• Throughout my experiences at Davis Elementary School I have served on the school council, community involvement committee, yearbook staff,  and various other committees and groups.

Family:

• I grew up right across the Alabama state line in Ider. After I graduated college I started teaching at Davis and have been here in my dream job ever since.  
• My husband Brad and I reside in the small area of Cartersville, AL.  We have 4 children--Traye, Jacob, Brent, and Breelie.  As they were growing up we were always on the go whether coaching our kids or just watching them in action! Our children have been involved in everything--soccer, football, basketball, baseball, softball, cheerleading, volleyball, dance, etc.  Our daughter has also been in several plays at NACC.  I was even in the cast of SHREK and BEAUTY & THE BEAST with her.
• We attend East Brow Baptist Church. 
• We have spent many years at the river--camping, wakeboarding, wake surfing and tubing.  Since most of our kids are grown and gone, we don’t do that as much anymore, but we still enjoy it. Now I spend a lot of time in the pool or watching netflix.
• I enjoy cooking, painting, lettering, sewing, swimming, and spending time with my family and friends.
• In the fall, we cheer for Alabama Crimson Tide--ROLL TIDE ROLL!
