Below is a short video to see what's happening in the DCS Pre-K Program:

DCS Central Office registers the following students:

• First time students (Pre-K and Kindergarten age students)
• Students transferring from another school district
• Students who have been withdrawn from a Dade County School

Required Documentation at the Time of Registration:

IMPORTANT!

Parents/Guardians:  Please note that due to recent law changes, the following documents must be fully received before any student in grades 4-12 can be registered AND attend school.  Dade County Schools will provide a virtual school option upon request for any student that is awaiting the necessary documents listed below.

Required Documentation at the Time of Registration:

1. Proof of Student's Age - birth certificate
2. Social Security Card
3. Proof of Authorized Person to Enroll and/or custody paperwork
4. Proof of Residency
5. All previous school records which must include all grades, IEP's, evaluations, and behavior/disciplinary records

All students will have 30 days to provide Immunization/Health Certificate
