Employee Expense Form - Totaling - Excel Format - For Travel After January 1, 2023 Travel

This form is for use with Microsoft Excel and after being typed in will automatically total the different rows and columns.  Updated on January 1, 2023 with the mileage amount set to 65.5 cents per mile.  NOTE:  Please use the Meal Allowances document above to determine allowable meal expenses.
